BOOM!!!! Cincinnati Steam defeats the Columbus All-Americans by a score of 10-7 behind strong hitting. The Steam were led by Zach Hurley (The Ohio State University), who went 4-5 on the night with three doubles, three runs scored and a RBI. Also producing for the Steam were Jason Cisper (Miami (OH) University), 2-4 with a double and two RBI; and Brandon Besl (Ohio University) 2-4 with a triple, double and two RBI. Chase Stewart (Miami (OH) University) closed out the game to earn his fourth save on the year. Cincinnati returns home from two road games to play at Western Hills High School this Thursday, June 28, hosting the Licking County Settlers. First pitch is slated for 7:05 pm.
